Delivery times
Deliveries can be made for Tuesday-Friday. All orders are sent with our 24hr courier (fully licensed to deliver live fish) We will message you after your purchase to organise a delivery date, when selecting a date please ensure:
- An Adult will be at the delivery address to sign for, accept and then add the coral to your aquarium
- Delivery is pre 1PM on the date you selected
- If the first delivery attempt Is missed ANY DOA CLAIM WILL NOT BE VALID
DOA POLICY AND Returns
By using a licensed courier to ensure the fast and safe delivery of your coral, We guarantee live arrival of your livestock. However in the unlikely event of your fish arriving DEAD ON ARRIVAL PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- take several clear photos of the coral dead in the still sealed bag within 1 hour of the delivery and send it to us via ebay messages. (Our DOA Policy doesn’t cover any fish once they have left the bag)
- We will reach out within 24 hours and if the DOA Claim follows the above a refund or credit will be sent
- If the first delivery attempt by the courier Is missed ANY DOA CLAIM WILL NOT BE VALID
- RRETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON LIVESTOCK
