use directly in sump, stack up two blocks horizontally and place a denitrifcation catalyst in between the blocks, the catalyst will be slowly used up and should be replaced every 2 months
the Anaerobic blocks are carefully manufactured to ensure its quality, the well desgined porous structure of the block create the ideal living conditions and enviroment for bacteria colonies, but will not be decomposed by the bacteria colonies that grows within it
the block should be cleaned or replaced every 6 months, when cleaning/replacing old blocks, DO NOT replace them all at the same time
